Our tomato processing lines, manufactured by FMC and Ingo A. Rossi (equipped with pre-evaporators and flash coolers), can process 3,350 cubic meters of fresh tomatoes per day. Our main tomato products include aseptic tomato paste (cold-hydrolyzed) in 36/38°C specific volume tanks, 30/32°C ultra-high temperature hydrolyzed tomatoes, 28/30°C ultra-high temperature hydrolyzed tomatoes, regular high temperature hydrolyzed tomatoes, and cold-hydrolyzed tomatoes.
